Technical support

If you need further assistance with the service then the best thing to do is to contact the Datapac technician directly following one of the methods outlined below. The IT Service Desk can provide assistance in some cases, but do not have access to the Datapac systems in order to resolve issues with print accounts, payment and other similar items.

The Datapac technician is on site Monday to Friday and may be contacted as follows:

Email is the preferred method of contact as the Datapac technician can check the email while on the move. Emails received outside of the phone and office hours listed below will be answered first thing on the next business day.

If your call is not answered then please leave your message on the answering machine indicating your name, student number and the nature of the problem.

In person:

The Datapac technician may be contacted in person as follows:

  • Berkeley Library, Iveagh Hall from Monday to Friday between 2.30pm and 4.30pm
